PRODUCT BENEFITS

Benefits of Catalyst & Chemical Products

Allows for up to 30% greater shipped weight per trailer or container compared to flow bins and drums, maximizing transport efficiency and lowering costs. Approved to ship solid PG-I, PG-II, and PG-III materials.

Our standard liner system and spin cover keep oxygen out and handle fill temperatures up to 212°F, protecting product quality during storage and transport.

A continuous fiberboard sleeve scored on two opposing sides provides excellent stack strength while allowing the container to be knocked down and stored flat.

The UV-treated polypropylene exterior and reinforced lid enable safe outside storage in all weather conditions.

Lightweight and collapsible, our containers can reduce packaging and transportation costs by up to 48% compared to rigid alternatives.

Collapsible design reduces greenhouse gas emissions and road congestion by over 22%, supporting your sustainability goals.

A separate reinforced lid with generous overlap ensures secure coverage and protection from external elements.

Our SureFit truss system eliminates side wall bulging, providing outstanding stackability and consistent container integrity.

Yes, we offer UN certified packaging and UN rated containers for hazmat and environmental applications. We offer “X” rated containers for PG-I, -II and -III and “Y” containers for PG-II and -III applications.

Compared to traditional wood bins, metal bins, and drums, PackGen containers offer lighter tare weight and greater inbound freight efficiencies (lowering freight costs), no required return freight, safer manual handling for operators, and lower total cost of ownership.

When flat, PackGen’s UN-rated containers can stack from 14 to 25 fully assembled containers per pallet, depending on model.

Yes, with only a few exceptions, PackGen’s UN-rated containers can be stacked, with models that are certified for three to four-high stacking when filled. Each container includes stacking instructions for safety and compliance. Please consult your PackGen sales representative for stacking guidance for your specific application.

Often, we can design and manufacture to your unique specifications, including custom dimensions and capacity, custom branded printing, and matching liners for bulk bags. Note that minimum order requirements may apply.
