LP Liquid Totes solve the common pain points of bottle-in-cage IBCs, corrugated IBCs, and returnable container programs. Our totes ship flat (357 per 53 foot truck) for major inbound freight savings, have a significantly lighter tare weight, set up in under a minute with an open-top fill design for faster operator handling, and eliminate the cost and logistics of container returns, all while supporting high-volume, repeatable use in industrial supply chains.
Yes, our LP Liquid Totes are engineered to be stacked up to 4 high depending on the application when filled to maximize your warehouse utilization.
None. Unlike other rigid or all corrugate IBC’s that require manual folding of covers or complex setup, our LP Liquid Totes covers come fully assembled and our containers take less than a minute to setup on a pallet. Simply drop in the cassetted liner and begin filling. They arrive flat and instantly expand for filling with an open top design, saving you and your operators significant labor time and eliminating setup and filling errors on the production floor.
Yes. We offer FDA-approved, IMS, Kosher, food-grade liners suitable for a wide range of liquid food products, including concentrates, oils, dairy, syrups, edible oils, beverage, and wine products. PackGen is a BRCGS certified company.
You can fit up to 357 empty, collapsed LP Liquid Totes on a standard 53’ trailer, compared to only ~60 rigid bottle-in-cage IBCs and ~264 corrugate IBC’s. This drastically reduces your inbound freight costs and frees up valuable warehouse storage space.
PackGen offers three LP Liquid Totes sizes in all of our models: 110 gallon, 220 gallon, and 275 gallon. All three share the same collapsible, open-top design and ship flat for greater inbound freight efficiencies.
All three LP Liquid Tote models share the same collapsible, open-top design and are available across our full size range. The difference is in the density of liquid each is engineered to handle. The DOLPHIN is our lightest-duty model, built for lower-density liquids like water and ambient oils. The ORCA is our mid-tier model, handling a wider range of liquid densities for general industrial use. The MOBI is our most robust model, designed for high-density liquids like syrups, honey, and concentrates. Your PackGen sales representative can help match the right model to your specific product and application.
Yes, sustainability is core to our design philosophy and has been since our founding. PackGen containers are made from recyclable materials and engineered with a collapsible design that reduces waste and lowers the carbon footprint of shipping. By eliminating the need to return empty, rigid containers, and reducing the amount of inbound and outbound shipments due to our shipping efficiencies for our customers, we help cut down on overall logistics.
